Q. Am I signed into a lengthly contract?
A. No there is no contract, simply sign up or cancel anytime you like.
Q. Who can use Planno?
A. Anyone can use Planno if you want to see the latest planning application data in your area or anywhere in the UK.
Q. How often do I get planning updates?
A. Generally updates are sent out once per week as most local authorities only submit new data once per week.
Q. Will I get new business with planning data?
A. You can view active planning applications that have been submitted therefore with the right marketing you can directly contact potential new customers.
Q. What if there are no leads in my area?
A. We will always send you results defined closest to your area, therefore each week you will get the latest leads closest to you. You can also use our search tool to find leads in any area.
Q. Can I search for planning applications anywhere?
A. Yes you can browse planning applications anywhere in the UK
